Overview
We are looking for a Digital Producer to join our growing team of unicorns in Sydney. In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of awesome digital projects and campaigns for our ambitious clients. You'll have variety every day, working across delivery of everything from digital banners, microsites, CRM production (eDMs, Push, In-app content), social content, and other digital mediums. You'll have the opportunity to grow in your career, partnering closely with Client Service, collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, developers, strategists to bring ideas to life and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects and campaigns, from briefing to launch in partnership with Client Services.
* Develop and maintain project plans, resource plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Organisation of all project artefacts and assets.
* Confidently run meetings such as kick offs, standups and reviews.
* Follow up meetings with clear next steps, task lists, prioritising tasks and gathering requirements as needed.
* Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
* Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and scope.
* Maintain a keen focus on quality assurance, conducting QA with the internal team.
* Proactively think of ways to improve and streamline team communication, developing processes that lead to more effective collaboration.
Qualifications
Experience
* 3+ years’ experience in digital production, project management or a similar role.
* Preferable prior experience at a digital agency, or fast-paced working environment.
* Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, Workbook.
* Experience scoping, estimating and managing project budgets.
* Experience managing and booking studio resources.
Skills
* Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.
* A keen eye for detail, ensuring work is completed to the highest of standards.
* Proficiency using project management software (e.g. Jira, Asana, Workbook).
* Ability to create detailed estimates and scopes of work, factoring in risk and contingency.
* Understanding of CMS platforms (e.g. AEM, Sitecore, Contentful) and CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Braze, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign).
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Ability to anticipate issues and proactively resolve them.
* Growth mindset for learning and staying up to date with trends in the Digital production space.
