This role involves livestock preparation services and benchmarking for mixed farming enterprises, providing tailored advice on animal health, nutrition, and production management.Key Responsibilities:Engage and develop relationships with clients to understand their livestock production needs.Assist clients with the collection and analysis of performance data, including liveweight and carcass information.Provide feed assessments and align breeding and trading strategies to maximize production outcomes.Support producers with livestock preparation for sale, ensuring alignment with target markets.Work with producers to implement production programs that optimize the use of available resources and achieve performance goals.Collaborate with QPL's existing client/supplier relationships to introduce innovative, data-driven solutions.What Does Success Look Like?QPL Livestock is at the forefront of re-integrating livestock into cropping enterprises, helping farmers improve profitability through sustainable practices.
