Key Responsibilities: Address inaccurate debtor balances, inactive debtors, changes in reference numbers and other data anomalies. Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases. Ensure data integrity by reviewing and verifying data entries for errors or inconsistencies. Follow up on Debtor Aged Trial Balances. Prepare and process data reports as requested Assist with other administrative duties as required. About you: Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred. Background in Credit is highly advantageous Typing speed of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
