It is responsible for providing professional payroll support to approximately 1,500 worker each week. As a point of contact for our field staff, our workers, and our host employers, you will provide accurate and timely service in all matters relating to payroll.As a payroll professional, you will be responsible for:End to end processing of a dedicated client group on a weekly basis;Maintaining robust data checks and audit processes to ensure accuracy of payroll and compliance to industrial instruments;Maintaining the payroll system to ensure accurate and up to date employee master file information;Responding to employee payroll queries and requests;Preparing payroll reports and participating in end of pay/month/FY activities; andFollowing up on payroll enquiries with host employers.You will have a passion for data, be competent in the use of excel, and have keen eye for attention to detail. Payroll or finance experience is desirable, but more important is your ability to interpret data and problem solve using an analytical and logical approach and systems thinking, we can train the rest!Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout youIdeally, you are an experienced payroll professional with a few years of experience in high volume payroll.
