We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Digital Customer Experiment team within the Brand & Channels division as a Marketing Specialist – Web Experience and Optimisation.
The Opportunity
Your role focuses on executing website experience strategies and ensuring they are implemented effectively. It involves supporting content, enterprise automation, AI integration, and workflow efficiency opportunities as the business evolves and scales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute website experience initiatives and ensure they align with business goals.
The role is paying $90,000 - $100,000 + superannuation.
Your tasks will include:
* Execute Stockland experience strategies into the web platforms to improve user engagement and drive business growth.
* Maintain Stockland websites, connected web experiences and content
* Execute website experience and marketing projects
* Implement website optimisation strategies and drive A/B testing to improve user engagement
* Optimise the website for search engines to improve visibility
* Contribute to regular reports and insights on web performance and optimisation opportunities
To be successful in this role you:
* Minimum 4 years of digital production experience
* 3+ years’ experience using SCRUM in a development environment
* Minimum 2 years using Optimizely CMS in a CRO capacity
* Experience supporting complex responsive digital experiences using the latest frontend and backend development technologies
* Comprehensive knowledge of HTML, Optimizely, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office
* Working knowledge of WCAG 2.0
* Demonstrated strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Proficient in troubleshooting to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
