FerringYou You will recruit, manage and retain a dynamic, professional and highly effective national sales team to achieve/exceed sales targets within the gastroenterology and microbiome portfolio. Through purposeful leadership, clear vision and measurable objective setting, you will help to achieve Ferring’s long-term ambition of delivering life-changing solutions to patients at every stage of life. Your day at Ferring Implement and manage short-and-long term business strategies to effectively support business plan objective Execute, in coordination with the sales team and commercial counterparts, all sales activities, promotional campaigns and projects as per the annual brand plans and commercial strategies Coach and manage the sales team to deliver the monthly, quarterly and annual objectives and ensure excellent execution and implementation of key strategies and tactics for each sales cycle Prepare and measure annual performance achievement plans for each team member that includes annual goals and measurements that are consistent with the priorities of the business. Analyze sales result by products and territories and the factors influencing the results in coordination with the marketing team, and provide coaching, feedback and recommendations to ensure successful achievement Ensure effective utilization and optimization of the Ferring CRM and digital engagement platforms Foster and champion collaboration and effective communication within the sales team and between the sales team and cross functional commercial and non-commercial colleagues. Liaise and collaborate cross functionally inputting into integrated brand plan, marketing strategies and provide key customer insights to inform decisions Ensure high organizational engagement within the sales team through development, performance and engagement discussions with each member of the team; and implementation of engagement and development action plans Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders to identify and drive key partnership opportunities, gain deep insights, uncover unmet needs, promote brand awareness and strengthen organizational relationships. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills including active listening skills and expertise in negotiations, Fluent in English (if not first language) Demonstrated analytical skills Experience managing budgets and establishing sales forecasts Ability to adapt, drive change and plan for future success E du c a t e d t o d e g ree le v e l; Rel e v an t e x pe r i en ce s upe rs e de s edu c a ti o n re q u i r emen t.
