We are now recruiting for an energetic and experienced Human Resource Operations Manager to join our People and Culture team.
In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to transform our HR processes to deliver an exceptional people experience by implementing our new Dayforce system.
You will manage the delivery of the employee experience through effective operational processes that support the employee lifecycle from hire to retire, including onboarding, payroll, HR Admin, learning administration and training delivery, reporting and analytics.
You will ensure legal and policy compliance, effective risk controls are in place, and all WHS requirements are met.

Our Head Office located in Wollongong is a fresh, newly constructed state of the art building with great amenities and close to shops, cafes and the beach.
You'll need to attend the office to get to know your team and build relationships, but frequency will be dependent on where you live and how you build the operational rhythm with your team.
