Site Supervisor – Ezy Projects - Insurance Builder (Brisbane, NSW)
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Brisbane (QLD) team. Specialising in insurance-related residential, commercial, and strata building works, this role is crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, and within budget while delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external clients.

About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate construction projects, manage budgets, liaise with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will also provide leadership to junior team members and internal trade teams while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Interpret Project Reports and Scope of Works.
2. Prepare quotes and cost estimates.
3. Collaborate with Claims Coordinators to issue contracts.
4. Develop, monitor, and adjust construction programs to meet deadlines.
5. Manage projects within budget and handle approved variations.
6. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory legislation.
7. Liaise with insureds, insurers, trades, internal staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.
8. Source and order materials as required.
9. Maintain quality assurance and project KPIs.
10. Undertake emergency Make Safe Works, as needed.
11. Be willing to travel outside Brisbane to assist with peak workloads and CAT events.
12. Implement WHS regulations to mitigate risks.
13. Work autonomously and in a team.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* 2+ years in Commercial/Residential Supervision
* 5+ years in the building & construction industry
* Strong experience in supervising projects (repairs, fit-outs, new construction)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong administrative, IT, written & verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in diverse environments and schedules
* Insurance industry knowledge (desirable)
* Strong WHS background
Qualifications (Mandatory & Desirable)
* Cert III in Carpentry (Mandatory)
* Cert IV in Building and Construction (Desirable)
* Construction Induction Card (White/Blue Card) (Mandatory)
* Driver’s Licence (Mandatory)
* Site Supervisor’s Licence (Desirable)
* Working at Heights Qualification (Desirable)
You must also be:
* Physically fit (able to climb stairs, lift materials, and move on-site)
* Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening
