Restaurant Supervisor & Part-Time Floor Staff
We are seeking experienced Full-time Restaurant Supervisors and Part-time Floor Staff to join our team at Raku Izakaya and Kisuya Japanese restaurant in Central NSW (Orange & Bathurst).
About the Role
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient restaurant management.
* Responsible for leading a team and inspiring, training, and developing them.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading a team to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
* Ensuring seamless daily operations, including food preparation, presentation, and serving.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
* Managing stock levels, inventory, and supplies.
Requirements
* At least 2+ years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality/restaurant industry.
* Great leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire, train, and develop the team.
* Exceptional communication skills with employees, customers, and clients.
* Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster and flexible shifts, including Friday and Saturday shifts.
Part-Time Floor Staff
* Available for flexible shifts, including lunch and dinner, and Friday and Saturday shifts.
* Over 18 years old.
* Current NSW RSA certificate required.
* Pay rate: $24.98 – $31.23 per hour.
* Expected working hours per week: 20–30 hours per week, up to your availability.
Selection Criteria
* Outgoing, friendly personality.
* Experience in food service/preparation and handling.
* Fast-paced and able to work under pressure.
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
* Knowledge of WHS and Food Safety procedures.
