PCM Group are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional for an exciting role, the location of hire is in Perth, WA.Reporting to the Director, you will be in a unique position to provide innovative ways for the business to develop in the HR department moving forward, with ongoing operation support in both Perth, Darwin & QLD.You will support the management team and director in providing advice and service delivery in all areas relating to employment and HR issues, including people management, development and training of staff, complex case management, change management and facilitate employee engagement programs.Your primary responsibilities will include: Managing the full circle of the employee life cycle: recruiting, onboarding, performance, promotion, payroll, and exit.Create and facilitate employee engagement programs to ensure good workplace culture including wellness initiatives & team building initiatives.Maintain, update and create the job requirements and/or duty statements of our workforce.Assist with HR related research and continuous improvement.Create and manage workforce development plans.Administer the day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources function and respond to HR-related queries.Career succession, retention, and talent management strategies.State and National project assistance as required.Manage employee travel logistics for FIFO workers as required.Coordinate apprentice recruitment and management, including liaison with external parties.Manage back to work / workers compensation issues.Experience in contemporary HR practices.Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar level role.Qualifications in HRM or Industrial Relations or equivalent.Experience in employee relations and complex case management.Experienced in leading investigations and a working knowledge of the Fair Work Act.Sound knowledge of the WA/NT working rights including all site-specific regulations and requirements.Ability to think critically and innovatively when solving problems and identifying opportunities.Previous experience in the Mining, Marine, Defence & Oil and Gas sector.Experience working with an Indigenous workforce in a culturally appropriate manner.Working with us: PCM Group is an Australian owned and operated company based in Northern Territory and Western Australia that are delivering safe industrial maintenance solutions to Australian industries.These industries include but are not limited to oil & gas, mining, rail and marine, power generation, bridges, pipelines, wharves, and jetties.We hire people with energy, who have a passion for our people and company.We live and work by the values of PCM Group and that our people are our main priority because without them we have no business.We are looking to fill this role with someone who is committed to developing people and teams and has a continuous attitude to developing this role within our business.What happens next: If you enjoy being a part of a highly initiative and innovative team then we want to hear from you, please click "APPLY" or send your resume to ****** or alternatively call us on 08 9437 3***.Due to the high volume of applicants, please be advised only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
