Candidate:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid track record of sales within the residential building and construction industry. Direct experience in the building industry, business development and/or account management are highly desirable.
The candidate will have the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships coupled with excellent communication skills.

* Strong orientation towards customer service and a track record in achieving results.
* Be Highly motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.
* Professional and confident "can do" attitude.
* Solid business acumen with a high level of communication and networking skills.
* Contacts within the Building industry would be a strong advantage.
In this position you will:
* Maintain current relationships and build new relationships with builders and developers in pre-determined geographical zones.
* To be successful in this role, you will already know how to make the calls, secure the face to face appointments.
* Actively pursue new client and opportunities within the territory.
* Achieve maximum possible exposure for Carpet Call.
* Provide proactive and professional management of all clients.
* Identify business opportunities, demands and effectively prioritise, putting activities that access them accordingly.
