The Position:
1. Management of all village accommodation/administration services
2. Ensuring all aspects of service delivery in accordance with the contract for services
3. Supervise accommodation staff in their day-to-day duties
4. Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance in all accommodation facilities
5. Assist the Housekeeping supervisor to schedule and supervise ongoing maintenance programs for periodic cleaning and inspections
6. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and service rotations
7. Ensure effective communications through timely response and action to requests including accommodation services, maintenance requests, general enquirie
8. Monitor stock levels and handle ordering of accommodation supplies as needed
9. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures within the accommodation/administration function and other relevant areas
10. Contribute to the development of a highly engaged and motivated team
11. Ensure the promotion of a strong site safety culture and compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements

Minimum Criteria:
17. Experience in mining village operations preferred, though all relevant hospitality or accommodation experience will be considered
18. Demonstrated experience using an accommodation booking system and Microsoft Office suite
19. Excellent organisation and time management skills, eye for detail and high standard of accuracy
20. Qualifications in Business Administration desirable
21. Demonstrated experience in effectively managing a range of stakeholder relationships and delivering to plan
22. Solutions focused – self-motivated with a proven ability to demonstrate initiative and adapt to changing needs or priorities.
23. Physically fit with the ability to successfully pass pre-employment medical requirement
24. Possess an Australian drivers licence
25. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
26. Ability to thrive in a busy and dynamic environment
