You’re looking to embed yourself in projects of different sizes and become part of a team that’s shaping the landscape across NSW.
This is your opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals.
In this role, you'll:
Be responsible for the development, management and implementation of transport infrastructure or maintenance projects to achieve Transport for NSW and Government road safety, asset management and network efficiency objectives.
You will be part of the Network and Assets, Maintenance and Delivery North team, based in Grafton NSW.
Working together with the team, you will undertake a diverse range of slope stabilisation works across a region which stretches along the east coast from Port Macquarie to Tweed Heads. This position will include some project development but will be mostly focused on delivery of Natural Disaster projects. Site work and travel is an inherent part of the role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role that will allow you the freedom and flexibility to control your own projects, as part of an established and high performing team

You will be joining a high-performing team that encourages autonomy, collaboration, and flexibility, so these qualities are important if you wish to be successful in this role. You will also have a strong track record in building and maintaining strong internal and external networks and the ability to influence people from a diverse range of technical and other backgrounds.
You will proactively work to identify and manage risks that could impact on the delivery of agreed project outcomes by developing innovative solutions and seeking additional expertise where necessary.
In addition to the above, the successful candidate will hold a relevant engineering degree.
