Description Key Responsibilities: Partner with both line managers and employees to address HR issues and implement effective solutions. Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER), ensuring compliance with local practices. Foster strong relationships with unions and other key stakeholders to maintain positive industrial relations. Stay current on relevant policies, legislation, and internal programs to ensure the organisation's HR practices are up-to-date. Profile Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR role. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive, collaborative approach to HR management.
