We are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to support our growth, based in our Armidale NSW office location.We offer:Permanent, full time roleAn inclusive and supportive workplace environmentQuarterly bonuses, up to 10% of base salaryProfessional Services allowance of $1,000 per year for use on accounting, financial planning, and legal requirementsHealth & wellbeing annual allowanceAbout the roleAs an Administrative Assistant at RMT, you will work within an experienced team to provide efficient administrative support to the Operations Manager, Administrative Accounts Officer, and the RMT team as a whole.Some key responsibilities of the role include:Providing quality frontline client service to RMT clients in a positive and professional mannerCourteously and efficiently handling enquiries received in person, by telephone or emailScreening incoming calls in a professional manner directing, as required, to team members, taking messages when necessary, and creating support tickets accuratelyScheduling and management of the travel arrangements for RMT team membersOrdering and receiving of stock and co-ordination of freight movements (incoming/outbound)Preparation and issuing of basic quoting of IT hardware and softwareProviding support to manage expense lodgementsWorking with the Accounts Officer to manage debtorsAssisting with Marketing and HRAbout youGeneral administration experience, excellent communication and client service skillsExperience and skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suiteA systematic and organised approach with a strong attention to detailHigh level of computer literacy and good written and verbal communication skillsPositive and enthusiastic attitudeCompetence in the use of ticketing systems, desirableExperience in the IT industry or a professional office environment will be highly regardedIf you have any questions about the role before applying, please feel free to reach out to us at !#J-18808-Ljbffr
