The Role We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Officer to work in our aged care home at Corowa Court, Mornington. As a Maintenance Officer, your role will require you to:
Maintain a safe and attractive living environment to suit the needs of the residents Identify and prioritise resident needs to create a more home like environment Assist the Manager - Property in the selection of trades people to undertake specific tasks Maintain a planned preventative program along with ensuring documentation requirements are met Attend to the maintenance of buildings, ground and utilities in line with the schedule About you To be successful in this role you will need:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a trade Experience in identifying standards as they relate to the provision of building maintenance A customer service focus with the ability to provide solutions Electronic Maintenance Management system experience A commitment to continuous improvement that enhances resident lives Why Benetas?
