With an outstanding record of continual growth, Stratco has manufacturing plants and Home Improvement Stores in all mainland states of Australia and several international locations.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a professional and experienced Estimator with a strong customer service focus, to join our team at our new Gepps Cross site.This full-time, permanent role involves the development and enhancement of 2D drawings and 3D models to support our quoting process, as well as liaising with customers to ensure seamless order flow and maintain high standards of customer service.REMUNERATION$70,000 - $80,000 base salary plus superannuation depending on relevant experience.ResponsibilitiesPrepare quotes for laser cutting, engraving, folding, welding, and powder coating servicesInvestigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints, escalating where necessaryProcess customer orders via emailDevelop and maintain relationships with customer purchasing contactsDevelop, update, and prepare 2D & 3D CAD drawingsCollaborate with production staff to resolve special requirements and manufacturability issuesMaintain customer drawing databases, ensuring proper version controlAbout YouStrong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationshipsProficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software.SolidWorks (or similar) experience preferredProven experience in a similar Estimator roleFamiliarity with sheet metal products will be advantageousAbility to work collaboratively with production teams and customersExcellent organisational skills, with a focus on detail and accuracyWillingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and paceWhilst experience is great, it'll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that sets you apart!Rewards & BenefitsHealth & Wellbeing Initiatives | Traineeship & Apprentice Program | Career Development Opportunities | Paid Parental Leave | Employee Referral Incentive | Stratco Team Member Discount Card | Private Health Corporate Discount | Flu Vaccinations | Employee Assistance ProgrammeOUR EVPAt Stratco, manufacturing is our foundation, but our people are our future.
