Currently, we are looking for an HR Assistant to complete our team in Gold Coast. The role is primarily on site. What does the role involve? Reporting to the HR Business Partner, your role will be diverse, extremely faced paced and rewarding. This is an entry level role and not for the faint-hearted. Your responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support for generalist HR activities and services Responsible for complete activities of the onboarding process including employment packs for new startersMaintain HR documents, templates, policies and processesPrepare various types of letters and reports upon requestMaintain regular liaison with internal clients and provide necessary supportMaintaining HR registers/databases as required, including e-filingConduct exit interviews Provide assistance with various projects What are we looking for?
