Synaco Global Recruitment are pleased to partner with a new client in the Food wholesaler industry. Due to continued growth and success, they are currently seeking experienced Team Leader for their Food Production facility in Villawood.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Manage effective working of production personnel and prepare effective production schedules and ensure compliance to all company policies.
* Administer all work according to quality and food safety principles and recommend strategies to improve processes and reduce goals.
* Maximize efficiency of the factory and minimize material wastage.
* Monitor bill of materials per production batch.
* Coordinate equipment and factory repair and improvement.
* Coordinate purchase of cleaning chemicals, personnel uniforms, PPE, and production tools and other items needed in operations.
* Manage process staff schedule and leaves administratively and ensure no effect to production.
The successful candidate:
* Experience in FMCG
* Experience in managing a small team of staff
* Experience in HACCP environment
* Able to communicate in Cantonese/mandarin (Preferred)
* Physically fit - able to lift up to 25kgs
Additional Information:
* Full time position M-F
* 8:30am-4:30pm
* +43p.h
