HealthShare NSW invites driven and visionary professionals to embark on an extraordinary opportunity as a Training Delivery Officer, playing a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of learning-based activities within the SmartChain project. As one of the major initiatives under the NSW Health Procurement Reform program, SmartChain, co-led by HealthShare NSW and eHealth NSW, seeks to revolutionize procurement and supply chain processes by connecting and digitizing the NSW Health value chain.
In this position, you will be entrusted with designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training and educational activities to stakeholders across NSW Health, empowering them with the knowledge and expertise to navigate the realm of SmartChain solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass planning and executing learning initiatives, effectively coordinating project deliverables with internal resources, and ensuring the successful development and deployment of eLearning modules, instructional design pipelines, videos, and other online mediums.

About you
The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you include:
1. Extensive experience in adult learning and development in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment 40116) or equivalent. This includes strong knowledge and practical experience in working within technical training, preferably within a large-scale ICT project environment.
2. Demonstrated experience in the scope, design, development, delivery and evaluation of training and education programs.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills including written, facilitation, presentation and consultation skills with proven ability to collaborate, influence and negotiate with stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes.
4. Strong customer focus and quality service orientation appropriate to providing support to end users of information systems.
