Customer Care Officer Opportunity
This is an exciting customer-facing role based at our Stockland Hervey Bay Shopping centre. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service and supporting the centre management team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service to customers in line with Stockland's brand essence.
* Gather, qualify, and quantify customer feedback, complaints, and compliments, and effectively communicate these to the Stockland business.
* Manage all duties associated with the running of the Customer Care Desk within the centre.
* Maintain OH&S standards and procedures and address all health, safety, and environmental issues.
* Follow public liability incident management processes.
Requirements:
* Prior experience delivering great face-to-face customer/client service.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Sound administrative skills and working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and have a resilient attitude.
* Strong attention to detail and a keen ability to show initiative.
