Your primary responsibility will be to ensure they have everything they need to seamlessly execute their responsibilities and optimize their time across regional time zones.You’ll operate as the point person for your Directors and use your discretion wisely so you can carry out various tasks including but not limited to, significant calendar management, travel coordination, high-end internal events and much more!We operate in a hybrid model, meaning you will be in the office as your Directors require, plus you have the flexibility to work from home for the other part of the week. You will be supported by an EA/PA group who work closely together to get things done.ResponsibilitiesCalendar management including scheduling meetings with complex requirements on behalf of your DirectorsPrepare and organize all necessary materials to ensure these meetings run smoothly and effectivelyPlan and execute high-end events for the Marketing team.
