You will provide ICT support to Council with a focus on resolving ICT incidents and service requests, including providing desktop and mobile hardware/software support.DUTIES.
Provide first and second level technical support for IT incidents Provide technical expertise and knowledge of IT services Coordinate IMAC services including installation and deployment of new devices Assist in post-incident analysis SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
Experience in a similar Council ICT position Strong working knowledge of PCs, phones, networks, servers & more Relevant tertiary qualifications Strong communication and critical thinking skills REMUNERATION.
