Company: Marsh Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in Perth office: Client Service Specialist (Graduate Opportunity) The Energy and Power team is a dynamic global team (700 colleagues across Marsh globally) that advises companies and industry in relation to the energy, power, and renewable energy sectors. The role will report directly into the Speciality Operations team leader, but day-to-day work will be predominantly with the Energy and Power brokers in Perth, WA. This is also a great opportunity for recent graduates. What can you expect? Support colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient, and timely production of all policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle. Receive training in online learning modules, systems support from the Operations team, and 1:1 on-the-job learning. Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of client transactions including invoices, quotations, premium calculations, policy wordings, renewal reports, and other documentation. Support high levels of client satisfaction through effective administrative support to Account Brokers. Maintain accurate up-to-date records on all clients. Understand major classes of insurance offered by the Company. Adhere to the Company's Quality practices and compliance policies. Perform other duties as required. What you need to have: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong administration and organizational skills. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Self-starter focused on achieving results. What makes you stand out? High School Certificate or equivalent. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in insurance. Minimum Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License.
