About the role:
The Cloud Governance Committee (CGC) is a governing authority that provides oversight of Suncorp’s alignment to regulatory requirements involving Cloud Arrangements across all Australian and New Zealand entities. The CGC is also responsible for the management of Suncorp’s Cloud Risk Profile to ensure that it is managed within the Board-approved risk appetite.
A key function of the CGC is to:
4. Endorse new Cloud Hosting standards that serve to inform the Cloud Hosting patterns, Application Treatments and ultimately implement the defined Cloud Controls
5. Review and approve the data types/patterns moving to the cloud including new Cloud arrangements utilising non-standard Cloud Hosting Pattern
The CGC Coordinator supports the CGC Enablement Lead in maintaining the pipeline of submissions, ensuring that each submission is meeting Suncorp Architectural, Security, Risk and Compliance Standards and requirements.
What you’ll do:
6. Support the CGC Enablement Lead with day to day administration activities and work collaboratively with architecture, risk, Outsourcing, Data Governance and Security teams.
7. Maintain SharePoint site, including access management and content development
8. Management of CGC mailbox and calendar
9. Maintain CGC Pipeline register, document and follow up on actions and decisions from meetings
10. Co-ordination of stakeholder meetings, including development of presentation material, documenting and following up on actions and decisions
11. Assist with development of project artefacts using the MS Suite of applications
12. Support Business stakeholders with the CGC Submission process
What you’ll bring:
13. Minimum 5 years of experience with working in a multi-faceted program of work
14. Strong communication skills with the ability to drive outcomes to meet deadlines
15. Proficient with using MS Suite of applications; ability to design and develop reports, create pivot tables etc
16. Understanding of APRA Standard CPS230/231 for Outsourcing
17. Technical background and/or project management background would be advantageous
18. Understanding of Cloud beneficial
19. Suncorp experience is desirable, but not mandatory
