Graduate Program Manager Do work that matters

As a Early Career Program Manager for Technology, you will be responsible for designing the experience and delivering the program for our Graduates. You will drive and deliver various initiatives to simplify and scale our growing program. You will contribute to the strategy of our market presence and engagement with early career talent pipelines. You will add value with your ability to creatively problem solve and project manage multi-year talent strategies.
This role works in a fast paced environment where no day is the same. You will enjoy working autonomously as well collaborating with peers and leaders, often to tight deadlines. The ability to manage your workload and progress projects through ambiguity is essential in this role.
You will partner with a close group of stakeholders in Campus Recruitment, Learning and themunity of hiring managers in the business, who are all passionate about early careers talent. You will be an experience maker for Graduates and Interns and a catalyst for their engagement intomBank Technology.

The Technology Graduate Programs team sits within HR and partners with the business to design and facilitate their Graduate Programs. Our team is identifying and developing high potential people at the start of their careers to build the workforce of tomorrow. We are attracting and empowering up anding talent and making their experience memorable.
We're looking for you
You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
1. Drive the delivery of exceptional graduate and intern experiences
2. Drive our market presence and engagement strategy with early career pipelines
3. Be a face for the Programs and present at various internal & external events
4. Project manage improvement and change initiatives
5. Partner with key stakeholders in each business to drive program deliverables, and challenge the business where necessary
6. Work closely with Campus teams to support recruitment and learning events as part of the group wide Graduate Program

10. Excellent at time management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

13. Highly proficient in all MS Office tools
