Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Manager to oversee the Member Services department.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service delivery, driving operational efficiency, and leading a team that supports the needs of their diverse membership.
You will play a critical role in shaping the member experience and contributing to the continued success and growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities Development of the advice strategy 3-year roadmap and value proposition for members in the fund Ownership of the delivery of the roadmap, including delivery of new advice capabilities Ongoing management and oversight of advice program Lead on fund response to Quality of Advice Review Management of General Advice specialists Working with key stakeholders Management of relationship with outsourced intra-fund provider Providing training for all stakeholders on product changes, initiative enhancements, legislation updates, referral skills etc Staying engaged and up to date on developments in the industry as they relate to advice Skills/Attributes Required Key skills and attributes required for the role.
Minimum 8 years' experience financial services industry, with superannuation experience required RG146 Accreditation (including superannuation) Tertiary Qualification, Advanced Diploma in Financial Services required Strong technical knowledge and expertise in superannuation product, strategy and advice Experience in managing teams and driving performance outcomes in a highly regulated and compliance driven environment Sound knowledge of the regulatory parameters of financial advice High standards of excellence and customer care Excellent communication skills both written and orally In return you will receive the following: Competitive salary and benefits package.
