About the Role As Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring compliance, strategic planning, and financial reporting.
You'll manage a high-performing finance team, support the Executive and Board, and oversee audits, budgeting, forecasting, and taxation matters.
Key Responsibilities Lead financial group reporting & forecasting, including statutory accounts, budgets, reforecasts, and board reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and grant requirements.
Oversee financial processing, including payments, payroll, fixed assets, and banking.
Manage internal & external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, the ATO, and regulatory bodies.
Provide strategic financial advice to support business planning and operational decision-making.
Development of project feasibility and financial models.
Overall responsibility for the finance system, including the maintenance and integrity of financial controls.
Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
About You You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values.
In addition, you will demonstrate: CA/CPA qualification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven leadership experience, managing high-performing teams.
Strong expertise in accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
