They're looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HR-BP) to play a pivotal role in driving effective HR initiatives and supporting business growth.
Role Overview
This is a strategic yet hands-on role for a proactive HR professional who understands the unique dynamics of the retail sector. As the HR-BP, you'll collaborate closely with senior management to shape and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Partnership: Work alongside senior leaders to implement HR strategies that drive business performance and support growth.
* Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and HR policy adherence, ensuring compliance with employment laws and industry award rates.
* Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for key roles, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to secure top talent.
* Development & Retention: Manage talent initiatives, including on-boarding, training, and career development, to foster employee engagement and retention.
* Organisational Change: Support organisational change, managing restructuring processes as needed and guiding teams through transitions.
* Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives to build a strong workplace culture, fostering a collaborative, supportive environment.
About You
You're a results-driven HR Business Partner with a retail background and a strong foundation in HR practices. You'll bring:
* 4+ years in a similar HR role within retail.
* In-depth understanding of award rates and compliance with industry standards
* Proven ability to manage change in a fast-paced setting
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
