An opportunity has arisen in BRHS Complex Care team for an enthusiastic registered nurse to assist and lead the provision of holistic cardiac care services for East Gippsland community members.
This is an ongoing position offering a great chance to expand your clinical skills and expertise in the care of cardiovascular patients.

The Position: As the Cardiac Liaison Officer, you will provide clinical support and review to cardiology patients and facilitate service access.
The aim of this role is to enable people to become informed of the issues affecting their cardiac health and helping them to accept and share responsibility in recognising their own health needs.
Explore a model of care that incorporates a nurse-led multidisciplinary clinic, in consultation with cardiologists, including remote patient monitoring.
