Job Description
o Design and implement the technology stack.
o Collaborate with various teams to understand product requirements and translate them into design specifications.
o Oversee the entire life cycle of product development, from concept to delivery.
o Continually improve upon existing products based on consumer feedback and market trends.
o Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
o Re-architect and rebuild the current proof of concept.
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Architect should have:
o 8+ years of software engineering experience.
o Deep strengths in data modelling and data engineering of complex, unorthodox, original, or otherwise challenging projects.
o Proven experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
o Previous experience building a platform from scratch or working in a start-up environment.
o Ability to assess the current S3, Lambda, and Dynamo implementations and pragmatically design, scope, and implement the next phase of the product implementation.
o Exceptional conceptual, data modelling, data architecture, and data engineering skills.
o This project will be conceptually newer, very ambiguous, and a difficult challenge, with fewer industry models to draw from than anything else in their career. This is a challenge you'd love to take on.
