As the Premium Services Guest Relations Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Vice President Premium Services Operations and understand the importance of maintaining a high level of knowledge of the commercial landscape, evaluating current trends and strategies in line with guest feedback. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver an exclusive service for our VIP members. A few of your responsibilities: Develop and maintain relations with each property’s’ service teams to ensure the patrons receive a consistent full-service experience Ensure personal safety and the safety of other team members, contractors, labour hire, guests and visitors through co-operation with management Develop and implement marketing initiatives and strategy to increase The Star’s revenue, sales and profit from VIP patrons Support, develop and implement strategies to retain, protect and grow each segments top line patrons Work within a dynamic Sales team with specific property targets and overall Group targets to ensure KPIs are achieved What are we looking for: Effective professional relationship building skills Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Service, Sales, Gaming and/or Guest Relations environment Demonstration and delivery of the Star Leadership competencies (aligned to the Star Entertainment Group’s vision, brand and values) Ability to influence, collaborate and facilitate change Well-developed verbal and written communication skills About you: You are hands-on in your approach and passionate about developing your career. Your role will be pivotal in elevating the guest service of Sovereign and holding relationships with platinum members.
