The Role Our administration team provides clerical support to various departments of the hospital and are often the first point of contact for visitors.
Joining our team as a receptionist, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties within the department such as discharging and transferring patients, filing, booking appointments and general reception duties.

Your Key Skills And Experience Computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite programs and Patient Management Systems essentialExperience either in a medical administration setting or a patient-facing role highly desirableAbility to work under pressure and maintain good working relations with othersAccurate data entry skills with a high degree of attention to detailProven organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasksExcellent communication skills both verbal and written and a professional phone mannerStrong interpersonal skills and a strong team focus are vital for this position.What's in it for you?
