The opportunity:
* As a Relief Care Manager, you will be an experienced Clinician with the capacity to flexibly work across a number of our Care Communities from Coffs Harbour to Springwood.
* Support the General Manager of the assigned home, on a short or longer term basis, in leading their care team to deliver excellence in care to our residents.
* Full-time Roving Care Manager opportunity.
* Work across a number of our Care Communities across Northern NSW to South Brisbane.
* Promote continuous clinical improvement.
* Actively monitor the ongoing successful delivery of the Aged Care Standards.
* Build meaningful relationships with our team, residents and their families.
* Develop & mentor a team of clinicians and contribute to positive team culture.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in Leadership or Management role in an aged care or other health sectors desired.
* Fully flexible to travel to support organisational requirements.
* RN AHPRA registration.
* Knowledge of aged care industry, regulations and funding (AACQA; ACFI).
* The ability to promote continuous clinical improvement.
