If so, we want you to join our office Yournew role We're looking for a localAdministration Officer in Mount Isa from Monday to Friday 8:30pm5pm You'll be responsiblefor a variety of administrative tasks that may include: Assist staff with tasks like answering calls, data entry, records management, photocopying, office management, and vehicle maintenance. Handle bookkeeping tasks including financial data entry, journaling, reconciliations, and preparing routine financial reports. Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO. Manage board papers, make logistical arrangements, and take minutes during meetings. Manage and maintain our policy documents, including workplace health and safety policies. Organise staff meetings and similar forums as needed.
