We are seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacist with a "can-do" attitude and a solid work ethic, who has experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting.The position requires a proven knowledge of therapeutics, as well as excellent organisational and problem-solving skills to help optimise medication management for patients and carers.
This role would suit pharmacists who have an inquiring mind and are keen to further improve their skills.
You will work with clinical leads to develop and deliver clinical services to specialist areas to ensure the safe, appropriate and cost-effective use of medicines.What You'll Be DoingThe Grade 1/2 Pharmacist provides a wide range of Pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients of the hospital, including dispensing, distribution and manufacturing services with a primary focus on clinical services and advanced practice.
