Clicks has partnered exclusively with St Ignatius College based in Geelong to recruit an IT Business Analyst to join their Support and Operations Team.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in process mapping, workflow optimisation, and ICT to drive efficiencies and improvements within the school's administrative and educational processes.
You will acquire and maintain a detailed understanding of how the school operates and how systems and data enable processes to deliver exceptional outcomes.
This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with staff across the school.
Key Responsibilities: Document and analyse current processes and workflows within the school's administrative and educational functions, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Develop and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement these improvements.Identify and implement ICT tools and systems that streamline processes and ensure these technologies are effectively integrated and utilised across the school.Collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform decision-making and track the progress of improvements, generating comprehensive reports for senior management.Work collaboratively with teachers, administrative staff, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.Actively engage in change management processes, determining communication requirements and identifying stakeholders.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on ICT.
Experience in an educational setting is highly desirable, especially in how a school operates.Proficient in process mapping and workflow tools, data analysis software, and ICT systems used in educational institutions.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organisational and time-management skills.This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational excellence of a leading school by driving ICT innovations that directly impact educational outcomes.
