Hours from 7.00am - 4.30pm.Your new roleAssisting Supervisors & Engineers when required - PO's/accommodation etc..Timesheets & Timesheet registers - Training current AdministratorVehicle RegisterAccommodation bookingsCreate Purchase orders in Procore & approve when neededCheck all Invoices in ProcorePurchase order requests - Office/D&A/Fuel Distributors/workshop when requiredUpdate CTC's when requiredPPE orders and register updateUpdate Training MatrixArrange paperwork for personnel to obtain machine ticketsCalibration for BreathalyserRegisters for Breathalysers/Two ways/Survey gearFatigue Management Sheets collected and emailed to Perth WorkshopReimbursementsCBH Site Pass AdminWhat you'll need to succeedStrong Office Management / Administration experience, a good work ethic and a mentality to work hard. Communicate to work under pressure and communicate effectively. Confident in training current office administrator.
