This individual must have a positive can-do attitude and present with strong knowledge and experience in Operations with a focus on Leadership, Customer Service, Administrative Support, Insurance, Custody, and Project Management.The key responsibilities include:Managing teams to ensure necessary operational activities are performed and internal and external service level agreements are met;Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required with gravitas, clarity and professionalism;Conduct reporting where required for management information, compliance and auditing purposes;Ensure insurance referrals/quotes and existing borrowers are set up in accordance with La Trobe Financial policies;Support and assist investigation of internal and external dispute resolution matters including attendance at conciliation conferences;Oversee the provision of consents for subdivisions, covenants, transfers, second mortgages;Oversee the lodgement and maintenance of records on the Personal Property Security Register (PPSR);Complete regular process checks on employees to ensure that records are accurate and compliant, particularly in respect of Consent requests;Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, adjusting processes as necessary to meet legal and policy changes;Perform preliminary review on non-compliant Consent requests referring to Legal and Credit as required to minimise credit risk and increase positive resolutions;Oversee and review Letters of Non-interest and Deeds of Partial Release as requested;Check loan security documentation received;Oversee the filing of all security packets;Produce and record the release of security documents as required;Prepare and submit regular reporting on security packets;Run and lead projects to simplify and streamline processes and procedures; andAny other tasks as instructed by the Departmental Director and Executives.About you:A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a teamInsurance experience is preferredA degree in Business, Finance or Commerce will be highly advantageousReporting and Auditing experienceExcellent attention to detailExceptional leadership and people management skillsSuperior focus on Customer ServiceAbility to engage professionally with both internal and external stakeholdersEmployee Benefits:Flexible working arrangementsAbility to purchase additional LeaveEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Training opportunitiesSocial EventsRetail discounts with Reward GatewayWe value your interest and encourage you to apply today.
