About the Job As the Regional Manager, you will drive sales growth and lead a collaborative team of 10 professionals. Reporting to the interstate Head of Sales you will: Spearhead market growth and customer acquisition in Melbourne and the wider Victoria region. Oversee the P&L, ensuring the branch's profitability and operational efficiency. Lead, mentor and inspire a team, fostering an environment that promotes innovation and operational excellence. Work closely with the COO and marketing team to develop and present strategies to the executive leadership team. Build meaningful connections with our target market, to grow our customer base and solidify our market position.
