About the Role This newly created part-time (0.6 FTE) Marketing Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to enhance David Roche Gallery's (DRG) public profile and make a tangible impact in the arts community.
Reporting to the Director, you'll drive marketing initiatives, increase brand awareness, and develop engaging campaigns while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.
This role offers the chance to shape your position and contribute meaningfully to a leading cultural institution in the not-for-profit sector.
Preferred days are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Duties Develop and implement a marketing plan, including social media and digital strategiesManage website content and collaborate with web providersMaintain and grow media partnerships, book and coordinate advertising activities, and manage print, digital, radio, and television mediaCreate and distribute marketing materials (exhibition programs, signage, newsletters)Oversee direct mail campaigns and maintain publicity materialsWork with external publicists to maximise media coverageDevelop and monitor the annual marketing budgetSkills & Experience Minimum five years of marketing and communication experiencePostgraduate qualification in marketing and communicationsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, and WordPressExperience in arts, philanthropy, and donor engagementStrong creative writing, editing, and content development abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaborativelyExperience liaising with media, designers, and print professionalsMust be willing to undertake an Australian Criminal History CheckA current driver's licence is preferredHow to Apply Click APPLY to submit your application, including a cover letter and CV, in one document in Microsoft Word only.
