Contract Details 12 month contract Opportunity to lead a team $80 per hour + Super Your new company This Government Organisation is based in Blacktown and is looking for an experienced IT Service Management leader to join the business in a contract that will run till January 2026. In this role, you will manage a team of 7. This role will be based in the office full time. Your new role As IT Service Management Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily management of the service desk team. You will be the point of contact for escalations, projects, and change processes including incident management, maintaining process documentation, internal and external audits, managing complex VIP issues, and fostering learning and growth within the IT service desk team.
