The successful candidate will provide high-level, professional, client-centred administration services that support a range of residential aged care activities. About us: North Rockhampton Nursing Centre caters for those who are unable to live independently at home for a variety of reasons. It is home to over 120 residents and is spread over three wings. We will implement a high standard of care developed within a team spirit that encompasses communication and conversation between staff, residents, relatives, and the community. About the role: Provide a high-level, professional client-centred administration service through the efficient performance of general administrative duties that support a range of residential aged care activities. Complete a range of administration and financial duties to contribute to the daily operations of the department. Provide general reception and telephone answering services, ensuring that priority schedules and deadlines are effectively met. Utilise hospital-specific computer systems such as Financial and Materials Management Information System (FAMMIS) and Aged Care Information Management System (AICMS). About you: Ability to utilise conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills in the prioritisation of workloads and achievements of deadlines. Ability to provide accurate and efficient administration support within a health care environment. Good communication, consultation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills which support best practice customer service in a multidisciplinary team environment.
