We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join our team as a Reporting Analyst .The primary purpose of this role is to design and develop operational reports to meet the needs of operational leaders and stakeholders.
You'll be responsible for
4. Develop, analyse, interpret, and present statistical across multiple functions.
5. Identify, analyse, and interpret trends and patterns in data sets.
6. Analyse, report and present on effectiveness of relevant functions, team and specialist performance measures and results.
7. Create dashboards, regular and ad-hoc reports, and data analysis.
8. Deliver actionable insights based on operational trends with reference to historical data.
9. Maintain and report on internal scorecards at specialist and centre level.
About you
10. Experience in a similar reporting or analytics role in aplex, matrixed general insurance or financial services environment.
11. Experience in the use of standard reporting tools and software and in the development and presentation of dashboards.
12. Demonstrate high attention to detail bypleting tasks thoroughly and accurately,bined with the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information and take corrective action.
13. Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions and report accordingly.
14. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills, capable ofmunicating with clarity, impact and influence.
