You will play a key role within a supportive team, ensuring exceptional patient care is being delivered. As a Clinical Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care Supervise and guide nursing team members Educate and support patients in recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care Foster a learning environment through clinical presentations to support the nursing team with their professional development Provide supervision and teaching to peers, ENs, graduates and students Lead quality improvement and safety initiatives Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient care Serve as a role model for safe practices Essential Criteria: · Authority to Work in Australia · Clinical Nurse applicants must have advanced clinical skills and at least 5 years' nursing experience.
