We're seeking a passionate Enterprise IT Business Partner to join our team and become the Trusted Advisor to the Business.In this role, you'll be the Single Point of Contact in fostering strong relationships between Schneider Digital and Business entities, while leading or guiding IT projects and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.You will be partnering with Pacific zone business on our journey to becoming the most digital technology company i.e.evolving & transforming all our business processes & supporting them with best-in-class tools to drive more productivity than any of our competitors.You will ascertain IT requirements from the Business, generate demand, plan, budget, control and close off projects and change requests, escalate IT issues and risks.Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Partner with assigned businesses to identify, understand, advocate and drive delivery of digital initiatives Represent global digital delivery organisations in Schneider to drive digital programs and ensure positive outcomes locally Lead, mentor, and drive a positive working culture and digital mindset within project teams to ensure outstanding digital outcomes From high-level analysis to go-live execution, you'll be at the forefront of project success, ensuring seamless delivery and user satisfaction Keep stakeholders engaged through proactive reporting, milestone meetings, and customer satisfaction initiatives, making a real impact on our business relationships About you: You are a highly driven and self-motivated individual who loves to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.You are an astute communicator with great stakeholder management skills.In addition, you possess the following relevant skills: Minimum 8 years' experience in IT management Skilled in digital project management and senior stakeholder liaison Proven ability to navigate senior management circles and drive impactful change Exceptional communication, conflict management, and presentation skills IT technical background and ITIL foundation certification (a major plus!)
