Job Description:
* Collaborate with legislative frameworks and policies to ensure timely adherence.
* Manage email inboxes and coordinate responses to moderate to complex enquiries.
* Draft case overviews and response documents, including complaints, general correspondence, and Freedom of Information requests.
* Engage with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
* Perform administration tasks for the team, including program and activity coordination.
* Prepare documents, such as general correspondence, briefs, policies, and strategic documents.
* Contribute to process improvements.
About You:
* You will possess a high attention to detail.
* Strong time management and organisation skills are essential.
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
* Previous experience working in a legal, policy, or case management environment is necessary.
* Experience working with legal documents and government policies is crucial.
* Intermediate to advanced IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint, are required.
Benefits:
* ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance).
* 6-month temporary assignment with an option to extend by 6 months.
* Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day.
* Location: Adelaide SA.
* $55.24 per hour + super.
