What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Mandatory) Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Desirable) A current Victorian Drivers Licence A current Working with Children Check (Employee) or VIT Registration Proven experience in a business management role within the healthcare industry, ideally within dental services.Strong understanding of financial management, business development, and operational excellence.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
