This role is integral to ensuring the efficiency of the executive office in a fast-paced, ASX-listed environment, requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and stakeholder management.About the RoleSupporting a new CEO, you will be responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating high-level engagements, and ensuring seamless communication across the organisation. A key focus of this role is managing complex domestic and international travel and coordinating executive-level events and meetings. The role requires the ability to anticipate needs, handle confidential matters with discretion, and work efficiently in a dynamic business setting.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative assistance, including complex diary and email management, expense reconciliation, and strategic inbox management.Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and detailed itineraries.Act as the primary point of contact for senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders.Prepare board papers, coordinate agendas, manage governance documentation, and assist in board meeting logistics.Handle sensitive business matters with absolute discretion and professionalism.Plan and execute executive meetings, corporate events, off-sites, and leadership summits, ensuring seamless logistics and execution.Assist with strategic initiatives, tracking key deliverables, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.About YouExtensive experience as an Executive Assistant to C-suite executives within an ASX-listed company.Demonstrated experience in managing complex travel arrangements (domestic and international) with meticulous attention to detail.Proven ability to plan and coordinate high-level executive meetings and corporate events.Strong business acumen, corporate governance knowledge, and experience supporting board processes.Outstanding communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.Highly organised and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and board management tools.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Ideal location right near Southbank Train Station.Travel for work both internationally and domestically.Career growth opportunities in a dynamic and evolving industry.Please apply by uploading your current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
