We’re moving forward and we want you to come along for the ride.About the opportunity:This position is part of the Business Unit Communications team that partners directly with our Executives and their teams to help deliver strategic priorities and build a strong culture and engagement.What you’ll deliver with us:As a Senior Sustainability Communications Manager, you will be part of the team that carries responsibility for protecting and enhancing Australia Post’s reputation and its social license to operate, which is achieved through the delivery of Australia Post’s communications strategy.You’ll also:Work closely with our Chief Sustainability Officer and leadership team to deeply understand our sustainability strategy, develop a comprehensive communications strategy and provide strategic communications advice in pursuit of its priorities.Engage internal and external stakeholders to drive positive change and support our sustainability goals and develop approach for thought leadership opportunities.Develop and implement communications strategies and materials that highlight our commitment to sustainability and the progress Australia Post is making.Work collaboratively across the enterprise while building effective relationships at all levels of the business.Develop creative and engaging content, manage internal and external campaigns, and drive awareness, engagement, and positive perceptions among stakeholders in relation to sustainability.Stay up to date with emerging sustainability trends, policies, and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation.About you:You are a communications specialist who likes to get things done. You are curious, creative, and can translate complex information and make them more relatable to your audience. You are organised, efficient, adaptable, and have a solution-focused attitude.
